Equipment & Facilities

• We are able to manufacture high quality prototype tools, components and vacuum chambers from our ACP5080 cast aluminium.
• We have a comprehensive range of 2, 3 and 5 Axis CNC Milling Machines to accommodate large aluminium components up to 4500 x 3000 x 1000mm.
• Our CNC turning capacity includes semi-automated and manual machines with a maximum turning diameter of 1400mm x 800mm.
• All components are inspected within a temperature controlled room and verified with our CMM machines which can effectively manage components up to 4000 x 2000 x 1500mm.

The Latest Technology

We offer our clients direct transfer of CAD data and other engineering data direct from their design departments into our production facility.  Due to our investment in the latest software and technology, clients can send CAD data in formats including .dxf, . stp, .dwg, iges, sat, stl.

This avoids the potential for human error which can occur when this information is supplied as a PDF and requires manual upload. This increased efficiency results in reduced costs and lead times.
